Tuesdays, 10am - 11am, GTC Conf. room, Mar. 13 - May 29
Wednesdays, 7pm - 8pm, LHB 1, Mar. 14 - May 30. Childcare provided. 

John Eldredge teams up with his wife, Stasi, to encourage women to connect with their deepest desires. To facilitate this, the Eldredges reveal in the first chapter what every woman's desires are: to be romanced, to play a role in her own adventures and to display beauty.

Drawing heavily on popular films to prove their points, the Eldredges warn that most women tend to become either controlling or needy. Godly women, in contrast, should see God as the ultimate lover, and look to Eve (and not say, J. Lo) as their model.

The Eldredges encourage women to form close, intimate friendships with one another, a la Ruth and Naomi or the ladies in Fried Green Tomatoes.

July 30th-Aug 3rd for Kids ages 8-12.Our speaker this year will be Terry Horn, a.k.a. 

"Uncle Sam." Terry ministers through music, puppetry, and ventriloquism. Pine Creek camp ground is equipped with a fishing pond, creek, chapel, gymnasium, and pool. Every room has its own a/c and bathroom and sleeps 6 campers. 

 

Camp cost is $195 per child. Cost for Counselors is $25. Camp space is on a first come, first served basis, so in order to keep sign-ups in order, we will be signing up by e-mail this year. To sign up a camper or counselor, please e-mail Tabitha Sierra (tabndan@yahoo.com). You will receive a confirmation e-mail stating that your camper/counselor is on the list (if you do not receive a confirmation e-mail within 24 hours please call 667-9190). 

 

The deadline to sign up is April 15th and the registration deadline for paperwork is April 29th.

Responsibilities:  Operation and support of both sound and computer aided graphics.  
 
Skills/Abilities:  No previous experience with sound equipment is necessary, On Job Training (OJT) and video training is available.  Understanding of computer applications especially power-point and real-player is helpful but not required. 

Commitment:  2 Sundays per Month
